ORDERS
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add your favorite items to your cart, and head to checkout! We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours (MAX.) after placing your order. Any orders placed after 7AM (EST) must be cancelled before 7PM (EST), and any orders placed after 7PM (EST) can only be cancelled until 7AM (EST) the following morning. Orders are sent in groups at 7AM & 7PM (EST) daily. After those set windows of time your order has been submitted to our fulfillment partner and can no longer be cancelled. Please email celebr8thecompany@gmail.com immediately with your order number in the subject line and we'll do our best to catch it in time.
I made a mistake on my order — wrong size, color, or address. What do I do?
Email us at celebr8thecompany@gmail.com ASAP (see above) and we'll try our best to make the correction before it's submitted for fulfillment. After that window we're unfortunately unable to make changes, so please double check your order carefully before confirming!
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! You'll receive an automated confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder. Still nothing? Email us and we'll look into it.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We're working on expanding in the future — stay tuned!
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all US orders over $35! Orders under $35 ship for a flat rate of $8.00. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout — no code needed.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, then shipped with an estimated delivery time of 5–8 business days. Total estimated time from order to delivery is typically 7–13 business days. Please note these are estimates and occasional delays can occur due to carrier volume or weather.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package every step of the way!
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days — is something wrong?
Tracking can sometimes lag, especially over weekends or holidays. Give it 1–2 extra business days. If it still hasn't moved after that, email us at celebr8thecompany@gmail.com and we'll investigate for you!
PRODUCTS & PACKAGING
Where do your products come from?
Our products are sourced from trusted fulfillment partners and ship directly to you. Some items — like our print-on-demand designs — are made to order just for you!
Will my order come in Celebr8 branded packaging?
Not yet — but branded packaging is something we're actively working on and so excited to introduce soon! For now orders arrive in standard supplier packaging.
Can I order multiple items from different categories in one order?
Absolutely! Just add everything you need to your cart and checkout together. Please note that items from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages — don't be alarmed if your order arrives in more than one shipment!
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our fulfillment process we do not accept returns. All sales are final. However if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect we will make it right — see below!
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
We're so sorry! Please email celebr8thecompany@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll review it and get back to you within 1–2 business days with a refund or replacement. We've got you!
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days back to your original payment method.
