Refund policy

We want every Celebr8 order to bring you joy — and we stand behind the products we sell. Please read our policy below so you know exactly what to expect.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are accepted for less than 12 hours after placing your order. Any orders placed after 7AM (EST) must be cancelled before 7PM (EST), and any orders placed after 7PM (EST) can only be cancelled until 7AM (EST). Orders are sent in groups at 7AM & 7PM (EST) daily. After those set windows of time your order has been submitted to our fulfillment partner and can no longer be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please email us at celebr8thecompany@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number in the subject line. We'll do our best to catch it in time!

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — we've got you. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no charge.

To qualify, please email us at celebr8thecompany@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
• A brief description of the issue

Once we review your request we'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.

RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, we do not accept returns. All sales are final except in the cases outlined above (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

We know this isn't ideal, and we appreciate your understanding! This allows us to keep our prices low and our products moving fast.

WRONG SIZE OR COLOR ORDERED
Please double-check your size, color, and quantity carefully before placing your order. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size or color.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Approved refunds: 3–7 business days to original payment method
Replacement orders: Standard processing + shipping time
